Honestly this is the worst Dairy Queen that I have ever been too. If I could I would give them zero stars. They have the worst attitude and they are not respectful towards customers. Their customer service is horrible they do not care about it at all. They were so rude to me. I do not recommend going here. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Went on the date 11-21-2020. Never ever going back

The line can be long at times, understandable with COVID and the dining room closed. The team clearly works had to keep orders correct, timely and the same consistent quality. Bonus they have Butterscotch for dipped cones and my local ones does not.

I love the food but today I got in the drive through @ 2:30 and finally left at 3:02. I believe there were only 5 cars in front of me. I was late to work because I had already paid and couldnt just leave. I do love dairy queen, but this was a little ridiculous. Am I wrong for believing that a fast food restaurant should be faster than a half hour?

Pretty good not great The hot dogs need to be loaded with everything on it then we might think about up in the stars
