Ive been using this storage facility for years without any complaints however, today I found a dead dried up mouse in my unit and mouse droppings! I talked to the gals in the office and they gave me an insurance pamphlet and assured me if any of my items were damaged to let them know so they can take pictures of it and said i should call the insurance company at that time. Got to admit I was very disgusted to find the rodent in my unit but at least I was made aware of the steps to take moving forward.
