I feel extremely misled by the gentleman who assisted me when I got my drivers license on 9/28/2020. I specifically asked the process on being registered to vote, as this is my first time... I was told I was automatically registered to vote that day and did not need to do anything else. I found out today that I was in fact, not registered to vote before the deadline. This man needs coaching on giving correct information. Extremely disappointed by his lack of communication and transparency on the process.

Service RNs smoothly and quickly. Custome service employees communicate with knowledgeable informative info. And lead uou in the right direction of late I have not spent more than 45min oa busday versatisfiewhen they used my old driversd lisence pictureon a bad hair day wow still look 25 at my age. I have been very satisfied of late good job. Saint Helens DMV. The price may have gone up but for once service has excelled thank you so much for getting me back to work on time.

Not open during covid19! There's people inside but the doors are locked. Thanks for wasting my time with false information about it being open..

Worst ever. No joke. I have always laughed at people complaining about the DMV because my experience has generally been in and out in under an hour, usually way less.nnNot this place! walked in 10am Wednesday... pull #75. Reader says line is on # 19. There’s clearly not 50 people in the room so I’m hopeful.nAfter an hour it’s at #24.nnPerson next to me is #45 and says they came in at 9am. Meaning they’ve already been here two hours and at this rate have two more to go.nTurns out the room is empty because people come in, grab a number, then come back hours later.nnTo top it off, they no longer have forms for title & registration for you to fill out - they want to do it for you. But there’s no sign or anything, and so many people asking the counter people (distracting & slowing them down further) that they have to make an announcement about it periodically. WTF.nnWalking out now, business unfinished, andnNever coming here again.
