PANDORA

It was a rainy day today so I figured why not go and spoil myself on my day off from work. I went to get myself a pandora bracelet, Matilde and Herb helped me they were absolutely exquisite! They took their time with helping me pick the most absolute best bracelet and charms. Thank you a million times over you guys are a heaven sent!!! You both have made my day brighter!

I was in the store today and had such a pleasant experience! First, I was greeted by all the staff upon entering. Herbert, the salesperson that helped me, was such a pleasure to work with and carried on a very nice conversation. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Left the store and wanted to write this review for not only the store and great employees, but to recognize Herbert as a person who knows how to carry on a conversation and help the customers pleasantly. Thank you!

Love it! My little bracelet is adorable & the choices of charms are vast and cute. Customer Service is good.

The store needs a much better system to help customers. I went today and there was a long confusing line. I think they need more staffing and a perhaps assign an associate to help people with exchanges, returns and to tell customers if the item they are looking for is even stock so that the customer could then decide if they want to stay or not. I would rate the store a 2 based on the wait time but I am even giving the store 4 stars because of Raquel S. She was so kind, personable, bubbly and patient. She made the hour wait worthwhile. She helped me pick out a bracelet, educated me on what certain charms do and made great suggestions. She deserves all the credit I can give her. She made my Pandora experience an amazing one. Thanks Raquel!

My partner bought me a couple of things for Christmas at least Pandora and sadly I had to return the necklace since it was something I would never wear. I am glad the return was an easy process. Did not made me feel uncomfortable returning the necklace. Really appreciate the process. Thanks!!!
