Hours online is incorrectnThey say online that's they are open but won't let you in to the store

They omit the details to get a sale in. The blonde woman that worked 2 Mondays ago during the PM shift was very friendly and helpful .... until I tried to return the pants because they don't fit. She offered to order them online for me since the store didn't have my size, but neglected to tell me they were final sale therefore wouldn't be able to return them. I would not have purchased them had I known I wouldn't be able to return them ... Was a fan of Ann Taylor but no longer am. Ann Taylor, train your employees to follow guiding principles, one of them being ethics. You should ALWAYS do the right thing even if you receive nothing in return; omitting this detail cost me $$$ and cost you a customer.

This place makes you feel very unwelcome. Good luck getting help from a sales person like Gricel. I had an item that needed tailoring, she never called to say it was ready. I called them just to be hung up on. Called again the next day and was treated with disrespect. If you like Ann Taylor go do another location or shop elsewhere
