I worked with Brandon Ramirez on getting some quotes together and he was extremely, kind, professional, and knowledgeable about their products. The one item he was unsure about, he communicated upfront and immediately connected with a coworker to get me an answer in a matter of minutes. Since our meeting he has been lightening quick in response to calls and emails. I highly recommend him to anyone even curious if they could save switching to Allstate.

Well when I switched to Allstate the agent told me they would contact my old insurance company that I had switched but they didn't and I ended up loosing half a months refund from my old company, so be aware, make sure you contact your old company. Other than that I saved a lot of money by switching to Allstate and get more coverage than my previous insurer. So far so good. Shop around.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. First off I had an Sr22 and when they switched my policy they didn’t put it on the new insurance. Got pulled over and the license was suspended because Allstate didn’t add on the sr22 and got a ticket for it. Next when they changed my policy “to lower my insurance” they LOST my routing and account number paper!!! It took weeks for them to find the paper and because of their mistake they charged me twice for one month of insurance. Someone took my car and totaled it and my safe driver discount went away even though I wasn’t the driver and my insurance went up almost 400 dollars! Canceled all of the insurance as soon as it went up that much. I only got 200 dollars back because but should have gotten over 400 but was over arguing with them. And I’m still being charged for renters insurance even though I’ve called multiple times to get it canceled. NEVER GET ALLSTATE ESPICALLY WHEN YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE ST.HELENS BRANCH.
