Wayne Mayo

I stumbled on Wayne by happy coincidence (looking for one thing on the computer then his company came up). Wayne answered the phone and we talked about what I needed (new roof, new attic insulation) and he told me he does those things. He went by and looked at my house the next morning. He quickly gave me reference names/numbers which I verified and which all came back excellent.nWas my roof going to be cheap? No. He emailed me his insurance binder and I hired him. Wayne kept me abreast of the project the entire time. We were surprised to find the original 1940's roof on my house so they tore that off as well. That and some rotted interior wood made my costs go up but there was no getting around it and I'm committed to doing something once - not nickel and diming it until I have to pay even more to have it done right. Wayne is the same way.nHe is easy to talk to, easy to reach by phone, and he got my project done by the deadline I needed.nHe sent me photos along the way so I could have eyes on the project or see the reason why a change order was going to be necessary. He pulled the permit, got it signed off, and left my property spic and span.nnI would definitely use him again and I will assuredly recommend Wayne and Wayne Mayo Construction to others.
