getting better but needs more funding and staffing desperately. especially needs more staff who can handle large/heavy packages

To be honest inside the post office it's a hit or miss if they aren't rude to you. The mail carriers need major training because they leave packages unattended on your door step, therefore leaving your packages susceptible to theft( AND IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD PACKAGE THEFT IS AT AN ALL TIME HIGH). Then you have the occasional mail carriers that mark your package as delivered when in fact it never really was. I will say the last few times I've been to this actual post office the workers seem a little more helpful

Supervisor (Cathy Alvarado) was extremely rude and encouraging bad behavior from staff.nnRefused my State temporary id and didn't even help to address another package issue.nnBoth she and the window worker were giggly amongst themselves in front of me about my issue.nnIf i could give no star definitely would!!

These people delivered my cremated dog remains to another building . Now i dont have my dogs remains!nnUpdate: the mistake was not the post office it was the cemetery mistake ! Post office actually found my package today ! Thank you !

The absolute WORST post office I’ve been to! Not helpful at all and the staff doesn’t ever know anything! Misinformed and extremely disappointing service.
