I parked here today. This is a great place to park if you're visiting the Trinity Cemetery, The Grange and Morris-Jumel Mansion. Lovely neighborhood. The attendant was perfectly lovely; he could not have been friendlier. Yes, don't be alarmed when the alarm goes off as you go in or out.
Wish I could give 0 star.nnRude attendant - hispanic guy with a beard. Does not honor the rates written. This guy will try to cheat and make money by saying they charge by a type of the vehicle.nnWhich parking in Manhattan or anywhere in the world charges by the brand. And if so, why has he not written this anywhere.
Asked for parking rates, employee quotes 15$ more than the listed price and said the listed price was for his vehicle. Poor customer service and he was very rude.
The other comment in here talks about a month parking pass. I would never have need of one. I only ever pay for my car to be housed for an evening and the rate cannot be beaten. $20. And less, of course, if you need a place to put your vehicle for a few hours.nnI live in upstate New York and I have friends in Harlem that I visit. This is the parking garage that I always use (at least half a dozen times) and I have never had any trouble with them.nnI would recommend it solely if you needed a place to keep your car for an evening. The other review mentions long term parking and I cannot say anything about that.
