Great Customer service! Benny is stand up guy, he will give you the best deals in NYC and he treats everyone with respect. I came to Lenox Gold Market about 7 times before i spent a dollar, and every single time i came he treated me like a Star. He gave me free food, water, and even let me try everything on before i made any purchases. He is patient, respectful, honest, and just a lovable guy.

I’ve done business here for years. Prices are fair if you understand the business. Never was sold cheap or inferior items. When I had to pawn some things due to tough times, I actually received more than what I initially paid for it. This store has been here for 30 yrs. that in itself tell you what time type of business this is.

What a great place and fantastic stuff!!! I thought I lost my beautiful chain that I pawned more than a year ago. After explain my situation with the owner Benny. I rarely review things but when I do it's because it's totally worth it, and Lenox Jewelers is just that - totally worth it. I needed a personalized necklace rush ordered for a wedding gift and Lenox Jewelers came through timely and with a gorgeous product! The customer service and attention to detail were the best I've ever received, and the necklace was beautiful and unique.
