Don't go to this place for jewelry purchases or jewelry repairs. Their jewelry is fake and will turn your skin green. They are also prejudice. Dont advise you to get any tattoos from the back my friend caught a staph infection and almost died

I took a pearl earring on 14k post to be repaired. The pearl fell off of the post. I was told it would be ten minutes to fix. I asked if they were sure and said I could come back in an hour, so the jeweler could take his time. I came back over two hours later, and the jeweler just started to work on my earring - no problem. The owner checked the repair and gave it to me. The pearl was on some fake gold post that was about an inch long, and the diameter of the post was much larger - I’ve never seen a post so thick, it was at least .5mm. It turns out the jeweler lost the post I came with and decided to make me some costume jewelry instead. I pushed back and they looked for the post I came with, they eventually found it and the jeweler fixed the earring in two minutes. He basically just glued my old (small) post into the larger hole he created. I got my earring back with glue all over it and scratches on the back. No one was apologetic and the owner didn’t even offer to clean off the glue. This is a great place to get your jewelry damaged. They’re reckless and negligent.
