Charleen, the travel agent, always gets us a good deal on both the airfare and the hotels we stay in.

Travel agents are not easy to find now a days let alone finding an excellent one. Charleen really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great time! I am a technology person but the knowledge she has after being in the business for over 40 years is something you could never find in a book or travel website.

Although the owner Charlene seemed friendly and somewhat knowledgeable at first, her demeaner and lack of customer service overpowered. She is slow at getting back to you and admitted to having 700 clients. She runs the business herself so it makes sense she cannot handle everyone's reservations. She flat out told me she was helping a group and couldn't take my request and told me to take a hike! I have never been turned downed like that or so disappointed by a travel agent. Very rude in my opinion. Good luck getting her to help you. Maybe if your an old client it might work. I will look elsewhere and I travel alot!
