This is my second time visiting Chandel Jewelers. First, I came in to have two watch batteries replaced. They were both done quickly and the price was fair. This time around I had a ring resized. I get nervous leaving my jewelry anywhere due to bad past experiences elsewhere. However, I knew I'd be leaving it in good hands. John is friendly, professional, and will happily answer any questions you may have. He did a beautiful job of resizing the ring. I am happy to say I found a new jeweler I can trust.

Had a fantastic experience. Was in the area after work and I needed a quick battery replacement for my watch. I called, spoke to John, and he said come right in. Service was on point, and the battery replacement took less than 5 minutes. John was also extremely knowledgeable when I was asking him about different engagement ring options.
