Line 1 driver will be late by at least 10 minutes consistently. The line has also been cancelled with absolutely no notice to their customers due to drivers calling out sick and not having enough bodies to fill the route. Absolutely careless

Everything is great except for one woman that either cuts in line while waiting for pickup bu tslking to someone and stays in line when bus stops instead of going to the back of line. She also let's a friend cut in line. Not right when everyone else in vet in a d doesn't it the line.

Not the greatest, the bus going to clatskinie can be anywhere from a half hour to forty five minutes late because they always send it out on call for dial a ride...which doesn't make any sense to me. I've also noticed that all the drivers are not on the same page when it comes to transfers, fees and information, but at least there's transportation

Waited in the rain for 45 minutes for the bus to arrive. This in itself is not the end of the world, but when reaching out to the station nobody would answer the phone!?

Horrible first ride! Well the website was lacking critical information so my first ride was a rip-off. I showed the driver my $12 fare and asked for a round trip ticket. I was given a transfer that the afternoon bus driver rejected rudely. I then paid another $10 as that was as close as I had to exact change. Ended up overpaying $10 as the first driver neglected to tell me that there were no round trip tickets. Overall I feel cheated and the lack of information from the drivers didn't help. I would never recommend this service, but as the only option I will continue to ride. I plan on paying in pennies until the time I feel I have gotten my $10 back in their frustration.
