It was a horrible trip to there. Nobody showed up today Saturday. I been waiting for almost 3 hours and nobody appeared on to assist me.

I have been eating here for years. The service is amazing and the roast pork is lovely. Black beans and rice is amazing I feel like I am in North Bergen. Plantains are yummy. Love it as always.

I did a city tour, very boring tour, the van-bus almost never stopped for pictures and the places we visited were boring, never again

Customer service by phone,forget it,don't even bother. But I'm giving it 3 stars just for Noel,ext 22,at this location in Nj...Great guy,sincere. I been traveling with this agency for the past 8 years. No problem at all,all my tickets and papers they prepare in order for me not to have a problem in cuban customs.
