Park 127th LLC

Very good and convenient lot when going to the Apollo theater. The customer service was good and efficient. The lot was priced adequately for the area.

Purchased a parking ticket through parking wiz and arrived at lot within designated timeframe. However, the attendant who made me wait about a half hour eventually came and stood out front then waved me away. He gave no explanation to me but as I was driving away I saw that he took everyone after me? Unprofessional!

So i brought my ticket threw ticketmaster because we were going to a show at the Apollo theater. First off there was only 1 attendant smh.The line to park was about 15 min. Fine but to leave was ridiculous. It took 2 hours to get our car not only that but he really tried to charge us for paying after 12am how is that our fault when you have no help. So after a group of us stated we werent paying this late fee because we were here Slightly b4 11pm he calls his manager and about 15 min. Later the police show up. Guess the manager called them...so after telling the police what was going on and that we didnt see how we had to pay this late charge we finally got out of there without having to pay the late charge.I have never seen a parking lot with only 1 attendant especially if you guys know there is a show that night and people have paid ahead of time.. Never again would i go back to this lot and I definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Anyone can tell you just how frustrating it can be 2 find parking in Manhattan. Attending an event nearby. Fortunately I was the last car allowed in, seeing as they were full.nnThe wait time, and the staff were ok. I do feel however, 4 the length of time l was there, l found them to be a bit pricey.nnNevertheless, excellent option if you need parking.
