KRW Operating Corporate - Rapid Park

Parked here, Rapidissimo, for at least 10 years. The same staff has been there under the management of Sr. Luis the whole time. No problems, nothing ever missing from vehicle. Well, the vehicle has been hit once and scratched a few times; life in NYC at close quarters. If this can't be handled, stay away from Gotham. It's not for the weak or inexperienced. The staff is courteous, experienced and does as good a job as can be expected.

Stay away. They do anything to ripe you off. Booked a parking on thanksgiving day through parking panda for 25$. The rate was flat for the whole day. we put our pick up time at 9:10pm because we thought we would be back by 9pm for sure. We ended up coming back at 10pm and they charged us another 30$ for the extra hours. Their weekend specialy was 23$ for the whole day and we ended up paying 54$ total for 6 hours of parking. Stay away. They will find something to charge you double the rate

I’ve been a monthly customer for over 10 years. They are all friendly, courteous, and very on time when you call ahead Luis the manager is excellent and runs a tight ship. Any negative reviews must be from people who are just unhappy with everything.

Try to charge me for oversize vehicle when the posted dimensions for oversize clearly indicated my car was not oversize.nEasy racquet I guess

Stay away from this place - they lie and overcharge you for their mistakes. There are three men who work there and they “gang” up on their customers in order to charge extra. They called my daughter a liar and charged us $45 to park for less than 15 minutes because they locked the keys in the car and then blamed us for it. Planning to notify BBB of these crooks!! Worst parking experience ever.
