MPG: Manhattan Parking 110

Friendly guy, convenient to Mount Sinai hospital. Would recommend.

I took my family to visit Columbia University and parked my car there. I used the app called BestParking and it was $23 for the whole day. I prepaid it on the app and showed it to the cashier when I got there. The price was good and the location was good. It was near a subway station. The only thing I did not like about the place was the attendant. He was rude. I had to wait until he finished his conversation with his friend and he kept telling me to leave my key in the car as if I did understand him. We should all be nice to each other.

Wow... in all my years I have never been to a garage that tried to gouge me so obviously in my entire time living in the city. Waving us in for $8 a half hour the manager sees my friends out of state license plate comes waves the attendant over and suddenly it’s $28! I laughed in the manager’s face, the attendant at least had the scruples to be embarrassed and apologize as we backed out.

The customer service here is beyond awful. There's one Indian guy that always yells on customer.

I didn't know that this parking garage would be next to an apartment complex building, despite the fact that after living in New York for 30 years.
