Friendly vibe. Comfortable seating. Very Clean. Reasonable prices. Good customer service. Ventilation system is fine. For a city of eight million people, there are not many cigar lounges. I have zero complaints about Harlem Cigar Room, hence the five stars. I'll be back.

We sat outside because of our fear of covid. But the people that work there are great. The atmosphere was great. We really had a good time..

Fantastic shop. Wonderful staff who are knowledgeable and helpful when choosing, always courteous with offering cuts and lights. Great variety of cigars for all price ranges. Friendly and sophisticated atmosphere if you're ever tired of all the nearby party bars, laid-back and chill environment I'm fond of.
