One of the nycha units with problematic management and maintenance issues. Local residents deserve a better living condition.

One of the worse nycha apartments to live in im in building 55 . elevators always are down , they turn off the water or take the hot water in the winter whenever they feel like it. There is barely heat and i have a new born. I have not had gas for 2 months . It is just horrible living here helpless place

I live across the street from1305 Amsterdam and look down upon the canopy over the main entrance and I am calling your attention to the large amount of garbage accumulating of the roof of the canopy over the entrance. To prevent it from causing a fire it would be good to be cleaned off. I hope I am being helpful. Frank
