Went in for a driver license. Arrived at 7AM, already lined up to the residential blocks, the line started to move at 8AM, received a number ticket at 9AM - #103, got called in at 12:30PM, finished at 1:00PM.nnThe line looks more overwhelming than it is with people bringing chairs and blankets. It seemed longer because of the social distancing so don't be discouraged even if you lined up at the residential blocks. On my visit there were one female staff out explaining questions and handing out forms, and one male staff handing out tickets with a number.nnBe prepared to spend over a half day here no matter when you came. Coming in early - waiting longer in the beginning, coming in late - longer wait in the afternoon. Overall the staff outside was doing their jobs well, staffs inside could have been more positive in their attitude and more efficient.
Got there at 7am, left at 2pm for a state change in license. Given circumstances the staff was very patient and helpful.
Just did it today. Got in line at 620am got number 107 (just around the resident building). Given all circumstances the people there are pretty helpful and friendly. Major complaint is they did miss the cell numbers they collected (they missed mine and someone before me) therefore I need to stay in line the whole time. No easy restroom access even now so come prepared. As people said a chair something warm proper sunblock a book food and water and you should be fine.
Make sure you have set the whole day aside. We arrived at 7:30am and finished at 2pm. Be sure to make sure you have all the proper documents, the staff is very unfriendly and not helpful at all. They treat you like you are bothering them and it is their job to assist us. Last time I checked our taxes pay there salary.
We have been there at 5:45am today Monday. In front already 80 people. Got the number at around 09:00, walked in at 10:30 and finished by 11:30. I never in my life saw a more inefficient process, nowhere in the world. Most of the staff was friendly (especially the security dude was really nice). The old lady at the front door was very, very unfriendly. These people make you wait outside for hours and don’t even let you in to use the bathroom. No idea why this lady needs to be that unfriendly - most likely that’s everything she has left in life, sad. Bring a camping chair, something to read and prepare to follow the most ridiculous process to get your license ud83eudd2a
