Broadway Cellar

We are so happy with our experience with Broadway Cellar! While we have not been to their physical location, we recently placed an online order for delivery due to COVID-19. The online shopping process was simple, their selection is great, and the prices are similar to, if not better than, other retailers offering free delivery. We placed our order AND it was delivered within an hour, in a cute reusable wine bag as well. We will definitely order from / visit Broadway Cellar in the future!

Is negative stars possible? Rudest staff ever. I ordered online with a delivery date for Monday. Its been over a week and a half and no communication from them. I called repeatedly and was promised and guaranteed different days. This was my second lousy experience with them and I promised myself I wouldn't order again. Shame on me. The rep proceeds to tell me that they operate on small margins and cant be bothered. My recommendation to this store, focus on customer service and transparency.
