Had a watch polished and repaired a few months ago. They did a decent job which is why I returned today. Understandable there’s a pandemic and hours may be inconsistent as I’ve been trying visit this business for weeks.nnArrive at 539pm when they close at 630pm and someone tried to refuse me service. Proceeds to let me in, then tells me he can’t fix my popped chain because his “guy can’t fix it”. Then tells me he can polish my sterling silver earrings for $40. I was getting the impression he was trying everything he can to not assist me. No problem and let him know he can charge me. Another male comes up looks at the earrings, tosses them and say I don’t have a jeweler and it’ll be a month. Completely rude and quite judgemental and addressed as if I hadn’t conducted business w them in recent past. Disappointment. I will be looking for another jeweler nearby.

VERY RUDE! These are people who judge you by looks because I came in looking a mess lol but I came to spend 10,000nI felt super rushed and when asked to see a specific piece I was told they were to expensive.nI never specified on how much I wanted to spend yet smh

Sam made me drive a hour to his place to try n scam me out of extra money and sell me the piece I was going to buy but in a smaller size they mislead you into thinking what u buying is something and it’s a completely other thing. Be careful with this place they will try to make a extra buck if they can thank god I walked out n didn’t spend a dollar with them. Do better sam diamonds

Sam was super chill and helpful. Cleaned one of my pieces and sized my bracelet for free! It was super quick and efficient, I’ll definitely come back for more business in the future!

They are very friendly and treat customers with respect and professionalism. They charge fair for repairs.
