An amazing place to be and feels like that you are in a different world. I would highly recommend this place for all age criteria.nnYou will find a lot of European tasty food, and every villa has its own pavilion which makes your life easier to do shopping.nnYou need to spend a minimum of 5-6 hours enjoying and visit all the variety of foods plus there are a lot of places to take photos.nnThe best part is the huge Powell Villa Neon Sign which lights up at night giving a retro nostalgic feel at night.

Good product for cheap prices!

During the last 2.5 years the city has really hurt this area in the name of development, which is moving at a drinking snails pace. First they let Drugs and violence fill the streets for almost a year bringing down property values tell 1/2 business shut down. Residential following close behind. Then brought in the police presence but some of the developmental deals must have falling through because it's back to anarchy only a new crowd that's younger and more violent. Now pandemic and all that stuff it's not a place for the timid. People don't hang out here unless they reside there.
