Walgreens Pharmacy

I've been in Happy Valley for 6 months and this pharmacy has been my pharmacy of choice. They have always been nothing less than super sweet to me. The staff and pharmacist are kind. Rarely do I have to wait but if I do then i'm okay with it because they are so sweet. I once had issues with my insurance and medication and they did the most to get it fixed. I am very grateful and very happy.

Bad customer service and unhelpful. I talked to a pharm tech and they were awful. Ended up calling Fred Meyer pharmacy in happy valley to see if they could help me and the gentleman that answered was so kind and had great customer service.

If 0 stars were option would select. Always an issue at this pharmacy. Poor customer service for starters. Automated phone system used to do refill and when I went to pick up it was only a partial order. I had to come back for remainder of the exact same prescription as they were out of stock!! First-Who is doing inventory that they would be out of stock! Second - why didn’t they call to notify me of an incomplete order rather than texting ready for pick up! At a minimum staff should have apologized profusely. Total failure!!
