The staff was very helpful when I went in there to change my insurance over to them. They were very clear when it came to answering all my questions and it made the transition go by smoothly. Overall, it is a very professional staff who are willing to help and will answer your questions to the best of their abilities.

I have been with the Heather Cator Agency for approximately one year. I soon found out what I had been missing from my previous provider. Attentiveness, Professionalism, Diligence, Attention to detail, to name just a few. I was used to not being contacted by my previous insurance company, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out the Cator Agency invests their time in their customers. Checking for updates, making sure that you have the correct coverage, and then getting back to you in a timely manner. With the Cator agency i don't feel like I am just a number. I feel like they treat me with respect as a person first and as their customer second. I am very pleased with my one year with the Cator Agency.

Great agency! Good people. The Cator Allstate office really takes care of their customers. My agent took extra time to research all possible deductions to give m what I wanted at the best price possible. Extra kudos for always getting back to me in a timely manner. Heather is extremely detail oriented and helpful. She and her team have responded quickly to all my inquiries and worked with me through my minor accident. When I got married, she saved us tons of money when we combined our policies, beating out my husbands old policies. I have also really enjoyed all the extras Heather has done for us as clients and in the community. As a real estate broker I recommend her to all my friends and clients!
