Kathy and staff are great to work with. They have bent over backwards and gone to underwriting in in my particular case and save me tons of money on my truck insurance per year! They also Ensure my sand rail, if you have off highway vehicles I strongly suggest you get a quote from these guys! I have recommended these guys to everybody who asked me who I'm insured through! Staff is friendly and responsive. They are willing to listen to what your insurance needs are and come up with affordable plans to fit your needs! I recently overlooked my insurance premium payment and the staff called me and let me know before my premium lapsed!

The level of costumer service from this office is just amazing. We have been with State Farm for several year now with numerous coverages and we won't go to anyone else! Kathy and her crew are there for you no matter what you need. They will even call YOU to let you know if there are any savings to be had and they don't bother you about adding coverage or selling you anything you dont want or need. They even check in from time to time not to sell anything, but just to be genuine people who care about their costumers. Who does that?! They listen to your needs and give you the information about your coverage and ensure you understand the policy completely. I've never been served better by an agent office. Love you guys ❤

I normally don’t write reviews but it was really hard not to with this one! I have had the absolute best luck with State Farm they gave me the cheapest rate with everything I needed for my car when I turned 18! Then fast forward 5 years and they still are the same amazing company I started with. Especially Matthew Delgado (The last name is Just a coincidence) he has helped me with so many situations in regards to my insurance needs and he always has all the right answers. He is always willing to go above and beyond and always follows up which is so important! Thank you team Kathy!

I’ve been doing business with Kathy Buzalsky State Farm for several years and the service is always great. One of their employees, Matt, recently helped out with an issue I was having, and he’s done a great job addressing the concern. He follows up until the problem is solved. Would highly recommend.

Everyone at this office is so great to work with. No matter who answers the call, they all take care of whatever you need. No passing you on to someone else. So friendly, professional and thorough. If there are any discounts available they don't hesitate too let you know. I love working with them!
