EVERY time we have a question, we get an complete through answer. No Mum Bo Jumbo. If Heidi's staff does know the answer, they tell they don't know and they WILL FIND the answer and call us back. They tell us when that call will happen and it happens on OR before the time line.nWe are people who do our research before commuting to something. Part of our choosing a place to do business with is what it takes to get answers. We don't go by the reviews, we go by TALKING to the business. Heidi's people have, as stated above, taken care of our needs for a LONG TIME, and will have our business along timenThe movie nights are great also, but that is an unexpected surprise. NOT a factor in doing business with her, just an example of how she treats her customers.nEd and Marjie
