My father and I went into the store to buy a pair of sunglasses. We know and understand there's a pandemic and respect the guidelines put in place to keep everyone safe. However, the salesman was running around the store like a mad person asking what was touched and that if we touch the sunglasses he has to sanitize them. I understand this but it's nearly impossible to buy sunglasses without touching them. No store has been like this. Meanwhile, the salesman is going around touching sunglasses and not sanitizing them. If it was such a big deal he should have said so prior to entering the store.

When I went which was about 30 mins before closing, great customer service. His name is hard to pronounce wish I really knew how to spell it.. . But got my shades nun the less.

Had a great experience at Sunglass Hut. Bert was very patient and helped me to find a pair of sunglasses that I am very pleased with.

Derek was a great help obviously very committed to his position in the business and I appreciate him a lot as a salesperson and he just seems to be a great human being

It's 5pm on Saturday August 3rd 2019. (tax free weekend) The store is closed locked up. What's up with that? It's clearly signed open till 7pm. Wasted my time coming out here.
