Terrible service, the cashier was on his phone talking to someone angrily and pretty loudly, then when I told him to charge me $20 for regular gas he just nodded and took the $20. As soon as I step outside and arrive to my car apparently he heard that I told him for a fill up, it was only $3 more but still can’t believe how sincere he was that I told him that when I had to sort of shout in order for him to hear me. First time that this ever happens to me and I definitely won’t be coming back.

If you pay cash you have to prepay and you will only get the dollar amount you give them. Si, you can't get a fillup unless you guess and pay higher than you think you will need. I am not going back. I stood waiting for 12 minutes and there was only two cars besides mine. I have been coming here for seven years and the quality is going down hill. Therefore, I am not coming here ever again.

Today I pulled in for gas at the ARCO on Foster in Portland. I frequent this gas station almost weekly as does my family. We spend on average about 400 month here. Today I pulled in and waited nobody came over to help. So I got out to pump my own gas(as I've had to do here before) A young guy who's name I didn't get came over with an attitude and said this area is closed. I said oh? He said don't you see the cones? I said yes at that pump but not at this pump. He said whadya think the cones are there for? I said excuse me? there was no cone at the pump I'm at. He said well their right there in front of you. I said do you have a manager here and proceeded to walk inside. No Manager so I complained to the register person as I did this pump guy continues to make snide remarks. Well Arco on Foster I will be in on Monday to complain to the Manager Marco. But you've lost my families business. At about $4,800/yr loss of revenue you might want to train your pump attendants to have better customer service. There's a gas station right down the street from you who now has my business and I will make sure I tell everyone not to go to yours.
