Dear Dr. Monica,nYou've been an sparkling and important part of my healthcare for years. You helped me leave a sedentary lifestyle for ultramarathoning. You helped me feel well when I was ill.nYour office staff have made me feel dehumanized and unimportant. I will never forgive the way your staff have behaved and have negatively affected my health and wellbeing. For years I've battled your office ignoring basic prescription refill requests. This year your staff began berating me on the phone when I called for help to correct an issue with my prescription. I'm appalled at the rude and wretched behavior of your staff.nI've got an appointment with a doctor tomorrow morning that both my partner and boss have both said glowing words about. I'm glad to be leaving your horrible office behind.nI hope you have a better care team when you need one than I've had.

I was looking for a new doctor who was more through than my previous one and a close friend suggested Dr. Monica. She turned out to be every bit as wonderful as my friend described her. She is thorough, caring, compassionate, loving, and a great hugger. I feel heard and valued and I feel Dr. Monica will be very supportive as I tackle my health issues. I have just started going to her, but will be there for many years to come.
