Perhaps it's because I understand how medical insurance billing works, but my experience was very transparent from referral to preauthorization. I've had no surprise billing and even though NW Sleep Health had to refer me out for more testing due to Covid-19 restrictions, I've felt the front office staff has been extremely professional, kind, and very good at explaining what to expect.nnAs a quick note - it can feel a bit hidden, so don't be frustrated if you miss the first left and have to find it near the real estate office down the hill instead!

Thank you NWSH for doing the best job you can with your patients. I've been with some of the bigger local hospitals & it's so much more time consuming to get tested, review the results and then get setup on treatment or recieve supplies.

I never knew how much a lack of restful sleep could hinder my day to day life. They were fantastic in helping me get tested and have been here for any issues I may have had or concerns about the CPAP. I was skeptical going in but it has been amazing how less tired I am now since being on it.

As per other reviews you should try and find another clinic for your sleep health.nnI feel after many visits as if they are just in the business of processing as many insurance claims as they can. The prices they charged me were twice the retail for a Resmed 10 and the replacements parts were about 40% higher. Get your sleep study and your prescription done then shop online.

The office service and monthly mask refill service is just flat out ridiculous here. Provider is great and back office staff is great, but expect to be treated like you’re wasting the front desk’s time when they have to be interrupted to take your phone call as a patient here. Rude and unprofessional to say the least.
