I have just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Chapman, and I am happy to say that my experience with Dr. Chapman and his team was great for the last year. Everyone there is super friendly and great at their job; I never had any issues with scheduling, and if I did, the rescheduling process was super easy. I'm glad that even during the lockdown restrictions in the past year, Chapman Smiles persisted and continued ensuring quality care. I would recommend anyone looking to get an orthodontic treatment to consider getting consulted here!

This place is an absolute sham. I had heard such good things in the past so I recommended to a family member. My family member had an AWFUL experience. When leaving He told her AND I QUOTE “I wish I could say it was nice to meet you” what an absolute JOKE. So excited to hear the excuses that will inevitably end up as a response to this. 0 Stars. Pick a different job or change your demeanor.

We took our daughter to see Dr Chapman for invisalign and had an experience beyond what we would have expected from an orthodontists office. Dr Chapman and his staff were extremely friendly, they talked to our daughter and not at our daughter and made her feel important. They used a tool that created an image of our daughter's teeth in real time then displayed it on a very large TV screen to show us what we were working with. The rendering was also was how they created molds so she did not have to put any paste in her mouth. They then showed us a rendering of what her teeth would look like after invisalign so we could see before and after photos side by side. It was very high tech but still approachable. We will definitely be switching dentists to also have our teeth cleaned there after today. I don't often write reviews but this experience needed to have a review made. Plus, the cookies the other reviews talked about really are that good.

This place is amazing...I was a little taken aback by how modern it was, but they are so friendly, courteous...and I feel like i’m at a resort when we are there. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Chapman is so personable and friendly, but truthful when he needs to be. I am VERY happy with this office!!! I will definitely be returning with any of my 8 children that need services.
