Hackensack Bus Terminal

It's much better for me since they had no choice but to lock the doors of the restrooms to minimize vandalism. I like it, it does look nice and tidy now. ud83dude0aud83dudc4dud83dudc4c

I was at the station at 9am waiting for the 780 bus going towards Teaneck/Englewood hospital waited 2 hours and it was a no show. Very disappointing. I was running late and ended up taking an Uber.

Disgusting place there's way too many homeless people panhandling, the restrooms smell like they haven't been cleaned in months,the security guards can't do anything other than call the police which doesn't accomplish anything. Needs better management

Buses never arrive on time on the weekends. If the buses are supposed to dead head to the terminal in an empty bus and not pick up any passengers; how come their never on time for the first stop; and there's never no supervision at the terminal on Saturday mornings at 5am. The passengers don't information about delays or schedule changes, the terminal doesn't open until later in the A.M., the service needs to improve. On Sundays, forget about it, the transportation service should run the same as Saturday, why can't there be a schedule that starts at 5:15 a.m..

Gateway security Wanna is very rude. My Mom and I asked to use the bathroom. She walked a way, while on her cell phone, ear phone plug in her ear and did not answer us at all.We asked her again ,she still didnt say anything however she did finally open the bathroom but didn't open her mouth once...very unprofessional.nShe has bad customer service.She needs to be fired.I will definitely call and report her.
