Slow Service , attendant really slow

Very bad service, they close an hour to get lunch, at any undetermined time, a business should remain open all the time during business hours regardless of who goes out to lunch, and the lady that helped me gave me a hard time just cause she felt like it.

To start I would like to say that customer service is the most important thing with that idea, I let you know that every time I go to this town there is always a problem and it is usually with the same lady (one with long black hair). The customer service is terrible. When I want to leave a package or go to make a shipment that lady behaves so uncompromising that she has come to ask why she did not send all the same day if I return the next day with an attitude as if it bothers her to do her job. There are times that I have to call many times to feel if they are in a good mood or see how the employees are feeling because they answer and respond by phone in a bad way, they usually always try to say that an hour before they are already preparing to close and that shipments cannot be made anyway. I always encounter some inconvenience that I go to this town. He is my humble. Suggestion to change the staff and find more people work with better customer service which is very important to offer quality of service. These are the reasons why company of recognized names go bankrupt. Now I send my money for a fee because they work better with the client and are much friendlier.
