Let this be duly noted to all residents and visiting tourists, The Mayor of Yonkers Mike Spano authorizes men to be dispatched to the streets to reduce the height of lawn grass along midland ave, however his subordinates are wrecklessly improvising Lawn mowers for weedwhackers, No stone guard, triiger fully retracted on this 2cc engine at full power causeing stones to be projectiles, hitting us in the face with our window open on a 90 degree day, now Ive got stone chips along side of my passenger side of what was once a perfect paint job. Thank you for the injury to my right eye and damage to my vehicle Mr. Spano.
