Very helpful in general. The new postmaster General is making their jobs so difficult and causing mail delays.
I added a star. Our current environment is new to all. I keep informed of my pkg deliveries online. If there is a missed delivery I have easily solved with a timely visit to the office. Staff and manager have shown their commitment to resolving my ussues. They deserve our sympathy, respect.
To start, the ladies here are wonderful, never had any issues with them and they’re so helpful.nnThe one Asian male, provides probably the worst customer service ever and generally has a horrible attitude. I had a package lost and couldn’t get any help from this guy. I should’ve stuck and spoke to someone higher up but I was so frustrated from the exchange.nnAlso, try picking up the phones. It’s irritating speaking to support online and them telling you to call the local office, but everyone ignores the calls.
Going to this post office is very frustrating. They should have an area to just drop off pre-paid packages instead of having to wait on those long ridiculous lines, especially if we don't need receipts. There are other post offices that are a lot smaller and they have drop-offs so people don't have to wait on line....seriously, they need to get it together.
