Excellent human beings, Laila and Edward are kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. I love their pieces because it is extremely high quality and they actually care about the person in front of them and the service they are providing. I highly recommend this Jeweler. I had nothing but a great experience dealing with Edward, the owner on an online purchase. I liked my experience dealing with Orogio so much that i recommended to a friend that also used them for an online purchase and they had the same great experience!! I cannot recommend them enough.
I found them online because my local jeweler was unable to do a very difficult repair on a Piero Milano ring. I called and spoke to Edward Aydin who was very familiar with the intricacy of the design and what was required to repair it. I'm out of state to them and sent the ring, he repaired and returned it looking like a brand new ring. So pleased with the customer service, the responsiveness and the quality of work. Highly recommend! And grateful to have found them!
