This jewelry store has been there for years. The staff is great. They are always willing to work with you, whether you are buying or repairing. Nice selection of merchandise. Prices are mostly reasonable. But it is located in Getty Square so you may encounter people that are hustling. Overall, never had an issue with this establishment.

Went for watch battery replacement.nWas told that they could not open the watch to put in the battery.nDid not have right tools.nIn the jewelry store??????????
