I Recently had my eye exam with Dr. Julia Sirianni who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She took her time and answered my questions. Jennifer was amazing she helped me to pick out the right frame for my new glasses. She was honest and straightforward along with a great personality! All in all a great experience wonderful doctors and staff! I highly recommend Northwest Eye Care Professionals!

Dr. Powers is an amazing Doctor. She was kind and answered all my questions. The staff is awesome and welcoming. So glad I found them for my eyecare! Shout out to Lonna at front desk and Katie also :)

Dr. B. Was so kind, and was very thorough. The optician Yozef was so helpful. Now I know what a real optician can do. I have never had patient and considerate care.

It's been a bit since I got my eyeglasses here and I don't usually write reviews yet I felt inspired to write a quick review. While the doctors and staff are all awesome here! I wanted to give a special shout out to Yozef an outstanding Optician who made my eyeglass selection so much fun and enjoyable! While he was exepedious he never made me feel rushed. A truly caring & enjoyable experience, all my friends and family love my new eyeglasses, all 3 pairs! I have made numerous referrals to this practice due to my truly memorable and enjoyable positive experience! Yozef is truly; simultaneously, both a fashion guru with a great eye for esthetics and a technical expert when it comes to eyeglass lenses. I love my new 'workspace' lenses that relieves me of neck, shoulder and back pain after working at the computer all day. Yozef also made a point to give me his business card and suggested that I ask for him when my eyeglasses were ready for pick up; guess what?...I did and I was so glad that he made a point to be there for me from my initial selection to the time when my eyeglasses were ready for pick-up! Such wonderful, honest and caring follow through! I love how all my eyeglasses fit so perfectly, Yozef even took the time to adjust my old eyeglasses which never fit so good before! I very much, overwhelmingly recommend Northwest Eye Care Professionals as your first and only go-to place for your eyecare solutions! Also, another special shout out to Stephen an awesome and enjoyable tech, he made the start of my visit so smooth and nice. Need eyeglasses? Go here! and enjoy! You'll thank me later!

Edit/update:nnDr was good - unfortunately it took well over a year to get reimbursed for up front payments (and help from a 3rd party), I am assuming new staff was/is able to navigate the billing process with my insurer (auto accident).  Obviously frustrating to wait that long for $1k+ out of pocket reimbursement.  They did eventually come through, and hopefully have new processes in place so others won't have a similar experience.nnAdded a star for the positive conclusion, and removed my previous detailed gripe about the issue as it is now addressed.
