Visited this location back in December and stopped by recently. Excellent customer service from Auston, Pete, and led by a strong manager Herb. In this day and age its very tough to find knowledgeable, helpful, bilingual, irrigation supply services that are not trying to upsell you every second for new product. This is wholesale meant for B2B so don't expect a home depot straight to consumer products. Overall 10/10 would definitely return.
This is the ONLY irrigation supply company to rely on. Helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and just plain good people. I've used many other companies to supply my employees but they fall well behind in customer service hands down to Pete, Austin and Herb. They've always had my best interests in mind not the underlying profit of a couple dollars. Thank you Ewing crew for helping me have an excellent resource to use in my company.
I have been in the industry for 20 years and never have I found cheaper irrigation parts with more top notch service than this place. I have never left the store without getting exactly what I needed this place is absolutely the best hands down I would have given it six stars if Google
