I would give this place more stars if I could.nFrom the wonderful customer service over the phone and in person from McKenzie. For informing me of what services they have to answering all of my question with great detail. Making me feel very comfortable for my first time trying infrared saunas.nI highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to go. This place is great!!! I had a back injury couple month ago and after series of visits I felt a great relief. The place is clean, well equipped, nicely decorated and has friendly personal.
I was very nervous to float for the first time but the front desk woman was amazing! She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about the whole situation. The spa was so clean and the entire experience was wonderful. Would highly recommend!
I've never tried a float tank before but I wanted to see if it would help with my mental and physical recovery, so I used a Groupon here and tried it out. I don't regret it and I really benefited from my session. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, from their kind suggestions on my initial phone call to their attentiveness and patience when I visited for my appointment. The facilities are top-notch, luxurious, and impeccably clean. I don't think I've ever been in a facility that is this clean, from the showers to the isolation tank itself. They have clean towels provided for you, complimentary water, tea, and chocolates, a robe, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, ear plugs, contact solution, hair dryers, and a gel to cover any cuts before you get in. They made the process so comfortable and easy, including giving me a run-down of how it all works with helpful tips. The session helped ease my stress so much that I'm seriously considering their membership options. Incredible customer service and facilities!
