Sunglass Hut

Tried to return a pair of sunglasses, they would not accept the return without the original card. They were a gift from my brother, whom lives in another state. Doesnt make any sense.nnNot happy with the service I received, won't be shopping with the company again. Not reasonable.

I went in today 8/1/20 to purchase glasses with my family, They have a three person max in the store, I came with my three kids who are underage and the lady working in the store told me my kid has to leave the store because it’s a three person max. I asked her am I supposed to leave my kid outside the store while I look at glasses? And she says I’ll leave that up to you and starts laughing uncontrollably. I sure didn’t find anything funny about that. Very bad customer service. So if you’re with your family don’t even bother trying to come in if there’s more than three people including kids.

I just had the best service provided by Associate Jasmin. She went out of her way to help me get the glasses I loved. Great customer service.

Don't bother calling, they will never awnser. I've called and called and called, and no one will pickup to let me know if you got any Oakley Deadbolts..I mean I'm ready to come in a drop some bills and you folks can't be bothered to pickup that phone that's right next to the register? I ordered on Amazon and had the next day. This is why there are now only a handful of these huts still around.nnTypical Luxottica pushers. They'll show you stuff but don't ask questions as they don't really know.nnGood amount of glasses to try on though

Horrible customer service and very unwilling too help at all! I will never go to this Sunglass Hut again!
