The website says on Saturdays the closing time is 12:45 while on the door, according to a friend it said 12:30. He tried going in just after 12:00 but it closed on him. I also have not heard any positive stories about this post office. Allendale post office is WAY better and friendlier.
During x-mas time their supplies should be 3 times more than what they have in regular days. My colleague went to get 50 priority envelopes and the guy working there ( his name was Sam) only handed 15 envelopes to her and said she could order more online or get it from other PO. How could he say that. It was his duty to provide her as much envelopes as she needed. In Christmas time, we have to send gifts to our 60+ clients and workers.
I'm not sure how this works, but it's not actually a U.S. Post Office. Rather, it's some privately run business that calls itself a Post Office, is affiliated with the Postal Service loosely, and where everything originating from takes several extra days to arrive at destination.
Very unprofessional workers(females). USPS has to do something about they workers working there. They really need to get some type of education, professionalisms, respect and courtesy.
Extremely unhelpful in every occasion I have been there. The staff speaks down to customers as if they should know everything about the mail system. It's sad that this is the only local USPS.
