Holly Tree Mobile Home Park

We have lived in Holly Tree Park for a little over 3 years and have enjoyed our time here. We need to move to a larger home, otherwise we would not be leaving. The neighbors we have are quiet and nice. The park manager, Jon, is friendly and helpful. There are always a few bad apples in every park (or any living situation), but overall, this has been a really great place to live.

Property features a cute little park with a swingset open to the public, Mr.Fleck blocked my vehicle in as we were trying to leave. I mentioned that I am a wheelchair user. Very rude and threatening.nnThe management John was very confrontational in front of my two year old. I only know Mr.Fleck because of his charitable associations. Was surprised by their barbaric behavior.nnIts no wonder spot crime.com glows over this place.nnI called the next day to their office to file a report and apologize for miscommunication and was called a “ F****** crippled tweaker” with more expletives.nnHopefully they are more polite to their other neighbors and don't just single out the minorities with disabilities.

Good place

Have lived in the park for over a decade, park is looking much better since it was recently purchased. The new management has been busy making improvements.
