From start to finish, my experience with The Pin People was absolutely amazing! I sketched something out and (for free!) their designers created something BEAUTIFUL from my sketch! I wasn’t sure what size pin I should go with and they worked with me on that as well... I even changed my mind about the size right before I gave the final approval and they were gracious about that last minute change. Their communication through email was fast and efficient and accurate!!! If I ever need personalized pins again... I will use The Pin People for sure! Great easy experience & a high quality product.
Just worked with The Pin People crew for the second time in 6 years creating our challenge coins. Sam and Tom were both incredibly helpful and quick in transforming the artwork to the finished product, sending me several pictures during the process until we fine tuned it to the finished product. Shipping was done even quicker than expected. The coin is beautiful and our members can't get enough of them.
This is the absolute best location for pins! This is literally my one stop location for all of my lapel pins. Dealt with Sam and he's great! Knows his stuff, great suggestions and customer service -- the full package for pins all in one place!
The Pin People helped our organization produce a lapel pin to use a fundraiser for service and therapy dogs. We are very pleased with the resulting product and the service we received.
