I showed Stew and Kristin a photo of the necklace that I desired for my wife. Stew went to NYC and showed me three similar necklaces. I picked the desired necklace but needed it adapted. They did that. When my wife tried it on she felt it needed to be lengthened. They accommodated me, the necklace was beautiful and my wife loved it. They were so gracious and the work was performed impeccably.
