I just called this call center at 2:12 pm on July 17th and I just needed some general information on the process and what I need to have and the woman was one of the rudest telephone experiences I’ve had in a very very long time! Maybe it’s the fact that most people that need a twic card actually NEED it for work and the woman on the other end of the phone could care less about her customer service or being any usefulness to paying customers. What she doesn’t understand is there has to be some kind of oversight or management somewhere and she picked the right day to kick me today because I will relentlessly find out who I need to speak with to report the issues I have....

TWIC Enrollment is no longer here, they moved to 610 Basin Road Wilmington Manor, Delaware.nOr Go to Staples at route 141 & 41
