I have always had a good experience with Elmer Post Office. I have gotten a letter or two that weren’t for me over the last 25 years. But I have gotten a lot of mail that was right and sent mail many times. All those packages through all kinds of weather has been great. The people working are very nice and so are the rural delivery drivers. Thank You. Great Job
I had a package sent via overnight priority express. The sender mailed it off on a Friday, well before the cutoff time. The package was expected by 3 pm Saturday. Tracking showed that as of 2 pm Saturday, it was in transit from Bellmawr to Elmer. EVERY EFFORT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE TO GET THIS PACKAGE TO ME BY SUNDAY AT THE LATEST, CONSIDERING IT CONTAINED MEDICATION. I didn't pay $26 to receive it on a Monday, refund or no refund. UNACCEPTABLE!
I had trouble with a lost letter. It wasn't tracked so they couldn't help me, but the receptionist made a good effort to help me out. Thanks!
Worst customer service of federal buildings in history. Miserable and act they they are doing you a favor. Last time I checked they are paid employees and nicely paid at that.
Was expecting a signature confirmation delivery, so I left the fully executed delivery confirmation in my mailbox. The carrier arrived, took the signed confirmation and left a blank confirmation for me to sign, again, and did not deliver the package. I'm thinking it is a new delivery person and not my Tiffany. Anyway, a none too bright replacement.
