This business is infringing on my patent and trademark for magic wart cream which I am the patent holder and own the trademark rights.nI created this product over 38 years ago. They,( Flanders Pharmacy), tell people and doctor's offices what they are selling/dispensing is Magic Wart Cream but it is a fake product. Shame on them!!

This used to be a really wonderful pharmacy! I work in the industry and am regularly referring patients to this facility because they were such an honorable group. In recent months, their head pharmacist left and customer service significantly declined.nnI filled my compounded T3/T4 with this company and always received a generous discount, as promised by the head pharmacist. This discount was a combination of industry discount and price matching as neighboring compounding pharmacies had better rates. A few months ago, I was not given the discount as I always had. I inquired about it and was rudely approached by the new lead pharmacist and he told me to go elsewhere. After much back and forth, involving very rude comments from this pharmacist, I complained. A woman left a voicemail for me (not sure of her position in the company) and she refunded the overcharge to me. It was clear on her voicemail that she realized the error the pharmacist had made and recognized that Flanders should offer me the rate they promised me before and have always charged me.nnRecently, I attempted to refill my medication. The technician told me they would no longer give a discount, not even the standard discount they provide patients for ordering 90 capsules at a time. This makes their rate $32-40 more than the rate of pharmacies around the area. She tried to tell me that when they filled my order last time they informed me I would no longer receive a discount. This was completely false. The voicemail left for me, as mentioned previously, clearly showed that Flanders recognized their error and decided to take care of their patient as promised. Had they intended to remove the discount, they should have clearly stated so when I filled my prescription last time so that I could decide in the future if I wanted to transfer.nnEach time I have requested to speak with the owner, the request has been evaded. I even left a voicemail for the owner regarding this issue. This morning the pharmacist (the rude one I mentioned earlier), not the owner, returned my call and said he would give me a 10% industry discount— never even mentioning anything about the owner. This 10% discount still makes the prescription $20+ more than surrounding pharmacies and $35 more than what I was both promised and given since the beginning of my working with this pharmacy. Because of the difficulty of working with them and need to transfer my prescription as result, I have run out of my prescription. All of this could have been avoided had they clearly stated 3 months ago that they would not honor the discount in the future.nnI have had similar reports from others who have worked with this pharmacy. Customer service is no longer a concern of this facility, and I encourage patients and providers to seek other pharmacies for their prescription needs.
